No issues getting the product but it arrived damagedNot the easiest thing to open and a lot of the oil glasses came broken, which made a messI ordered this for Hanukah thinking it would be good enough to replace my candles this year. According to the pictures, there should be a little stand in with it. There is nothing. I have no stand of any kind that even resembles a menorah. I am very disappointed.Difficult to fit any menorahThe base was impossible to fitThese ampules are straight cylindrical and not tapered as in the images. They may not fit all menorahs, and will not fit any using candles less than10mm in size. Although they work great, light easily, and do not require clean up, the description is misleading.No stand provided to hold the ampules as shown in the image. No taper so can’t be used with normal menorahs.Returned ... didn’t fit candle holdersExactly as described. Burns for a sufficient length of time. Came properly packaged. Nothing broken.
