I got these because I'm trying to cut back on dairy and things that use up fridge space and these do both. they came quickly and packaged well. none were damaged. they are pretty good. this flavor is a bit tame for me, but it was all that was available at the time. i like hazelnut or some of the more creative flavors. they are not dairy-free unfortunately, just low dairy so if you are avoiding for allergies, these aren't the best bet.Found these way cheaper at dollar general. So will not order againThey are great for traveling......love these mini packs.
